Simple, plentiful, family and traditional country cooking, with local season products.
All our dishes are home-made.

You can enjoy pyrenean specialities such as garbure, mutton, lamb, duck dishes, or veal (taste our famous Axoa !) without forgetting our traditional local cheeses.

All our delicious meals to be accompanied with excellent local wines : Jurançon, Pacherenc, Madiran, Côtes de Saint Mont

Our MOTTO : As many local products and local suppliers as we can, for an authentic country “cuisine” !

We welcome vegetarians, report it, we will offer seasonal dishes without meat.

Alors c’est pas compliqué, c’est comme à la maison ! originaire des Pyrénées, j’y retrouve tous les plats que j’ai pu manger dans mon enfance, mais aussi du Pays Basque et d’ailleurs, c’est excellent, simple et copieux !Dominique
